Craig Francis is the Founder, Chairman & CEO at Revive Financial. For more than 20 years, Craig has focused on reshaping the debt management and insolvency industry in Australia. A Chartered Accountant by background, he built strong commercial foundations in mid-sized accounting firms and a Big 4 environment before founding his own accounting and investment advisory practice, which he led for a decade. He is passionate about combining smart technology with genuine human care, providing practical solutions and non-judgmental support to help Australians move from financial stress to financial stability.

Shane Edwards is Chief Financial Officer at Revive Financial, leading strategic growth and financial governance across the organisation’s debt solutions and personal insolvency services. A Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in banking, energy and professional services, Shane brings deep expertise in financial management, compliance and operational strategy. He has held senior executive roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Origin Energy and PKF, and for over a decade at Revive has helped strengthen sustainable, client-focused financial solutions for Australians experiencing financial hardship.

Brett Gavin is the Chief Operating Officer at Revive Financial, overseeing operational strategy across debt management and insolvency services for the company. A Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in the Australian financial services industry, Brett has worked across Client Services and General Management, giving him a practical understanding of the financial hardship challenges faced by individuals and businesses. He focuses on strengthening business processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring Revive provides structured, ethical and effective financial solutions for Australians seeking support.

Jarrod Allen-Ankins is the Head of Compliance for Informal Agreements at Revive Financial, leading the Administration team and driving compliance and negotiation for the firm’s informal resolution strategies. With over 11 years of dedicated experience in the debt management industry, Jarrod has successfully negotiated or overseen nearly every Informal Agreement executed by the company since January 2015. Applying a practical, stoic philosophy to financial recovery, he helps clients focus on actionable steps to achieve long-term independence and freedom from financial stress.

Kimberley Davison is Head of Compliance (Debt Agreements) at Revive Financial, overseeing regulatory compliance for Part IX Debt Agreements and ensuring solutions meet Australian legislative standards. A Registered Debt Agreement Administrator (RDAA) with more than 13 years’ experience in insolvency and debt agreement administration, she has supported thousands of Australians experiencing financial hardship. Kimberley combines rigorous compliance expertise with client advocacy, and as a certified Mental Health First Aider, she recognises the broader impact financial stress can have on wellbeing.

Richard Moretti is Head of Personal Advisory & Insolvency at Revive Financial, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring. A Registered Trustee specialising in complex statutory appointments, Personal Insolvency Agreements and bankruptcy administration, Richard has held senior roles at firms including PPB Advisory and SV Partners and has guided nearly 2,000 Australians through the complexities of the Bankruptcy Act. His approach focuses on practical, respectful solutions that help individuals experiencing serious financial distress regain control and rebuild their financial future.

Most of you customer service are friendly very understanding especially one of one revive customer service name Bonnie she’s very understanding very helpful.
