How Does it Work?

We can do this with or without your client present. Of course, if you’d prefer not to get involved, we can talk directly with the client.
If appropriate, we’ll email/fax/mail both you and your client the documents needed to place the company into liquidation, voluntary administration or individual bankruptcy.
Once your client completes the forms and sends them back to us, we’ll start the liquidation/voluntary administration/bankruptcy process.
Note: We include unlimited phone and web meetings as part of the process and in most cases, we don’t need a face-to-face meeting.
