Wiping Extreme Tax Debt
When Kelly’s sole trader tiling business left her with nearly $350,000 in ATO tax debt, losing her home, vehicles, and livelihood felt inevitable. Standard options weren’t viable, and bankruptcy would have ended her business entirely. We structured a Personal Insolvency Agreement, wiping 60% of her debt into a single affordable weekly payment – letting her keep her property, her vehicles, and her business.
Consolidating Massive Tax Debt
