Terms & Conditions

1.1. About the program

The Refer a Friend Program (“Program”) is provided by Revive financial where our customers (“Referrers”) are offered rewards in exchange for referring their friends or family (“Referred Friends”) to our services.

1.2. This section [1] applies to individuals who access the Program as a Referrer or Referred Friends together within this section to be known as “users” or “you”.

1.3. Refer a Friend Services

The Services which Revive Financial provide the Refer a Friend Program is limited to Debt Management Solutions only, and this Program is not available to any other Services Revive Financial or any of its entities provide.  To be specific only the following Debt Management Solutions will qualify:

1. an active Part IX (9) Debt Agreement; or
2. an active Informal Agreement

1.4. Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms and conditions in full you should not participate in the Program. Users should not participate in this Program if such participate would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.

1.5. Revive Financial may amend the Program’s Terms and Conditions from time to time, and such all Users consent to such amendments. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will be published on our website. The Terms and Conditions that applies to you will be published on our website at the time you participate in the Program. You should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your own records as prior versions are not retained on our website.

1.6. Referrers Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a benefit from the reward program, Referrers must;

1. be over the age of 18
2. be currently in an active Part IX (9) Debt Agreement or an active Informal Agreement with Revive Financial. 
3. agree with these Terms and Conditions
4. Referrers must provide a Referred friend with their unique URL
5. the Referred friend must contact Revive using the unique URL provided by the Referrer.

1.7. Rewards

Revive Financial will reward each Referrer and Referred Person a $100.00 gift voucher each time a Referrer had successfully been converted into a Customer of Revive Financial for Debt Management Solutions. Each Referrer can refer up to ten (10) successful Customers to Revive Financial earning a maximum of $1,000.00.

1.8. The Referrers can access their unique URL called the “Personalised Referral Link” within their online account to provide to a potential Referred Person known to the Referrer to engage with Revive Financial.

1.9. Delivery of reward

Upon successful conversion of the Referred Person, Revive Financial will send you an electronic notification that the Referrer has been successfully converted and such notifications will include an electronic voucher as reward.

1.10. Obligations of a Referrer

By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm the following.

1. you are over the age of 18;
2. as a Referrer are a current or prior Customer of Revive Financial who is currently in an active Part IX (9) Debt Agreement or an active Informal Agreement with Revive Financial; 
3. you agree that you will not use this Program for illegal or immoral purposes or any other purpose that are not in line with these Terms and Conditions;
4. you agree that you are responsible for ensuring that your electronic device and network access allows you to access our website to use this Program;
5. you agree that you will not use our platform in any way that may cause damage, harm or impairment to our platform that affects the efficiency of providing our services;
6. you agree that you will not provide false or misleading information and will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your connection with a person; and
7. Attempt to or access accounts of other users or attempt to or penetrate Revive Financial security measures on any of our platforms.

When you send as referral communications to a potential Referred Friend, you agree and confirm that;

1. the Referred Friend is personally known to the Referrer;
2. the Referred Friend is over the age of 18;
3. the Referred Friend has provided consent to the referral communication being sent to them;
4. the Referrer will not provide communications in sending bulk email communication that is unsolicited or constitutes spam; and
5. The Referrer understands that the Referrer is limited to a maximum of 10 Referral Rewards that total a maximum of $1,000.00.

1.11. Reward qualification

The referrer and referred friend will both qualify to receive the reward if;

1. the referred friend is not a current customer of Revive
2. the referred friend enters into a Part IX (9) Debt Agreement or an Informal Agreement with Revive as a result of the referral received by the referrer 
3. the referrer and a referred friend comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety

1.12. Our rights to withdraw from the program

If we have a reasonable belief that any of these Terms and Conditions have been breached by either Referrer or Referred Friend, Revive Financial reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend the Program without notifying you and without any liability.

Additionally, Revive Financial has the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Program at any time by removing the ability to engage with the program within our Website or any other digital platform.
